The Eurovision Song Contest 2018 is just around the corrner with the rehearsals starting in Lisbon at the end of this month.  Europe's biggest singing competition takes place in Lisbon, Portugal May 08, 10 and 12. It has become a tradition that various countries hold their Eurovision Preview Events such as Riga, London, Amsterdam, Moscow, Tel Aviv and Madrid to mention the big ones. Last weekend the biggest and tenth anniversary edition of Eurovision in Concert took place in Amsterdam with 32 countries performing their Eurovision 2018 entry to 4000 plus fans and media in Amsterdam's AFAS concert hall. The Team of Radio International were there and conducted some interviews with the artists. You will hear some of these interviews on the show this week and in the weeks to come. Upcoming this weekend is the Eurovision Pre-Party in Madrid, Spain and members of Radio International will be there to chat with as many of the artists as possible to bring you their voices to your ears.
This week Chris Poppe continues with the Eurovison Spotlight this week and takes a look at the Northern Region of Europe at Eurovision 2018. Join in this Wednesday 18 April 2018 live from 2000 - 2300 pmCET for Eurovision Radio International this week.
