Through the Summer 2023 with Radio International - The Ultimate Eurovision Experience: The
Eurovision Song Contest 2023 was staged in Liverpool last May with
Sweden's Loreen winning the contest for a second time after her victory
in 2012 with the song "Euphoria". Her winning song for 2023 is "Tattoo".
Radio International has still a number of interviews from the contest
and the pre-events which will be shared during the next few summer weeks
of 2023.
This week we have an interview with Poli Genova who represented Bulgaria twice at the Eurovision Song Contest. In 2011 it was with "Na Inat" and in 2016 she placed Bulgaria 4th with the song "If love was a crime". JP and Marc met Poli at the recent edition of the Eurovision PreParty in Madrid, Spain in April 2023 and did an interview which you will hear on the show this week.
Then Eric chatted to Victor Vernicos who represented Greece at the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 with the song "What they say" and from the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2023 JP talked to Ian Vella alias J Anvil.
Also JP will be joined by David Mann for the Eurovision Birthday File and Eurovision Coverspot. The Eurovision News courtesy of escXtra.com with Nick van Lith. The Eurovision Spotlight is presented by Chris Poppe as the series continues through the summer of 2023 - the Double 3s.
