COUNTDOWN TO EUROVISION 2019 - Dare to Dream: Now not long to go for the 64th Eurovision Song Contest which will be staged May 14, 16 and 18 with 41 countries competing for the trophy and the right to host Eurovision 2020. Radio International is gearing up for the biggest music event of the year and will broadcast interviews with artists and lots of music from this year's contest. In the current series of the Eurovision Spotlight the Radio International Eurovision Experts are dividing Europe and Australia in regions and will be playing the songs of this year's Eurovision Song Contest in full and in a particular ranking and giving their opinion about the songs and their chances to victory.

Interview with KEiiNO (Norway 2019):  Salman Tanzem filed an interview he did with Norway's Hopefulls at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 - KEiiNO as he met the group at the London Preview Event 2019.  Listen to the interview with KEiiNO following in the footstep of Alexander Rybak from 2018. KEiiNO is a three piece band consisting of Tom Hugo, Alexsandra and the Joiker Fred and their entry to Eurovision 2019 is called "Spirit in the Sky" and will be in Semi Final 2 at Song 15.

Interview with Sisters (Germany 2019): Germany is represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 with the Duo Sisters consisting of Laurita Spinelli and Carlotta Truman formed for Eurovision and won the National Final in Germany with the song "Sisters" and will automatically be qualified for the Grand Final since Germany is part of the Big Five at Eurovision together with France, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom. Radio International's JP caught up with the Sisters in the recent edition of the Eurovision PreParty in Madrid, Spain.

Interview with Bilal Hassani (France 2019): Destination Eurovision 2019 was the French national selection to the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 which was won by Bilal Hassani who will be representing La France with the song "Roi" and is directly qualified for the Grand Final as France also is part of the Big 5. JP from Radio International met the singer in Stockholm, Sweden as part of Melodifestivalen 2019, for an interview.

Interview with Ester Peony (Romania 2019):  At the recent Madrid Eurovision PreParty 2019 Radio International's JP met the musical Ambassador to the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 from Romania - Ester Peony who will be singing "On a Sunday" in Semi Final 2 at Song 6. Interview with Victor Crone (Estonia 2019): At the recent edition of the London Eurovision Preview Event 2019 Salman met and interviewed Victor Crone who although is Swedish represents Estonia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 with the song "Storm" in Semi Final 1 at Song 14. Listen to this interview on the show this week.

Ira Losco (Malta 2002 and 2016) interviews Eliot (Belgium 2019): Ira Losco was part of the Eurovision PreParty 2019 in Madrid and while chatting with JP from Radio International Eliot from Belgium joined and Ira started to kind of interview Eliot. You can hear this ad-hoc interview on the show this week. Eliot will represent Belgium at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 with the song "Wake up" in Semi Final 1 at Song 10.
